REQUIREMENTS ON SITE FOR A PORTABLE KITCHEN HIRE

  • Power. 3 phase / 32 amp;
  • Fresh Potable water supply. Sited near tap water;
  • Grey water disposal. Grease trap (temporary or permanent);
  • Gas. Two LPG bottles from chosen supplier;
  • Permits. Apply to local authority; Help is available if necessary
