REQUIREMENTS ON SITE FOR A PORTABLE KITCHEN HIRE
- Power. 3 phase / 32 amp;
- Fresh Potable water supply. Sited near tap water;
- Grey water disposal. Grease trap (temporary or permanent);
- Gas. Two LPG bottles from chosen supplier;
- Permits. Apply to local authority; Help is available if necessary
