Griffith Gold Coast University Hospital

The $1.76 billion, 750 bed Gold Coast University Hospital at Parklands Drive, Southport is part of a major expansion of health services for the Gold Coast community.

The hospital is a vital component in Queensland Health’s vision to deliver state-of-the-art health facilities and services that cater for the extraordinary population growth in South East Queensland
At this site we have one main production Kitchen catering for 2800 people daily. We open doors on a six day roster with early morning starts. We serve a variety of dishes with breakfast and lunch menus. Lunches offered constitute a main meal, with coffee and deserts also available. A large dining area is attached to the main kitchen.
We had two portable satellite kitchens for the other areas of the site. These buildings were self equipped with Cold displays, cool rooms, ovens , hot plates and Point of Sale stations. These were free standing buildings that had two servery hatches and served up to 300 people daily.
We also provide Corporate catering to the main contractor Land Lease and the various Queensland Health Departments involved in the building and construction process.
