Portable Kitchens Recent Projects

• DESALINATION PLANT PROJECT (2008-2010) - Here we had One main production kitchen, catering for 1800 people daily which opened its doors on a seven day roster, consisting of a minimum 12 hour days to accommodate night workers as well as early morning workers.

• GOLD COAST UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL SITE (2010- 2013) -  Here we have one permanent production Kitchen were we produce meals and desserts daily. Attached to this Kitchen is a 20ft Walk in cool room and freezer in order to store a large quantity of food and drink.
   

• SUNSHINE COAST HOSPITAL CANTEEN (2014 -2017) .
